West Point HS - West Point High School has several players who have a chance to be D-I prospects. The players are West Point High School seniors-to-be Thomas Eckers (OL, 6-3, 285, 2001 Division 2-4a Offensive Lineman MVP, good work ethic), Marcus Rowe (DL, 6-7, 305, big, strong, and fast), Louis Vaughn (LB, 6-1, 230, excellent powerlifter, hard worker), and junior-to-be Kenny Davis (DL, 6-1, 250, quick off the ball, strong and athletic).

South Pike HS - South Pike High School's football team looks to be loaded this coming season. Not only do they have one of the top players in the state, 6-1, 210, linebacker Joe Taylor, but they also have other excellent players such as senior DB Chad Taylor (5-11, 170, 4.5), junior WR Quintrelle Green (5-11, 190, 4.5), junior RB Jesse Burton (5-9, 170, 4.5, 1,004 yards last season), sophomore DB Sam Reed (5-10, 170, 4.5), sophomore WR Vincent Weatly (5-10, 170, 4.6), and up and coming freshmen DeWayne Pittman (CB/TB, 5-11, 190, 4.5) and Randy Carter (6-0, 268, 5.1, 270 bench and 400 squat as an 8th grader).
