Biloxi HS - Keep an eye out for Biloxi High School basketball this season. The reason being they have a 9th grader who is already one of the better players in the state. JeJuan Brown is a 6-6, 220, center/forward who started as an 8th grader. So far this season he is averaging about 11 point per game and 7 rebounds per game.

Can you tell me your height, weight and 40 time?
"5'10, 185 and a 4.4."

Who has timed you in the 40?
"I got timed at the Nike camp in Tuscaloosa and in Hattiesburg."

What positions are you playing right now?
"I am just playing running back."

What are you maxes in the bench and squat?
"My max in the bench is 235 and in the squat 335."

What schools are recruiting you right now?
"I am receiving letters from Marshall, LSU, Ole Miss, Jackson State, Alcorn, Southern Miss and that is about it right now."

What coaches have been calling you so far?
"The coaches from Ole Miss, Alcorn, Jackson State and Southern Miss have been calling."

About how often have they been calling?
"I know that three coaches called tonight. I just sit by the phone. I just got off the phone with the coach from Southern. They are calling pretty regular."

Talk about how your season is going?
"We are in the playoffs right now."

Do you know your stats?
"Rushing yards I think I have 1,745 and I think 19 touchdowns."

Who would you list in your top three as far as schools?
"I would have to say Southern Miss up front because I really like the atmosphere down there. Then Alcorn and Jackson State."

I assume you have gone to some games this season, where have you gone?
"I have gone to a couple of games. Last weekend I was at Alcorn and Valley State and I have been to Southern a couple of times."

Have you set any official visits yet?
"I haven't set up any yet, but I was talking to the Southern Miss coach tonight about when visits will start."

What schools so far have talked about scholarships?
"Southern Miss has offered and Alcorn hasn't offered but they were talking to me about it."
