St. Andrew's Episcopal School - Martin Edwards is a 5-9, 180-pound junior kicker. Martin is 16-of-19 on PATs and has kicked a 40 yard field goal this year.
Hamilton HS - Keep an eye on junior defensive lineman Stuart Blanton (6-4, 225). Although his footspeed is slightly suspect, he is very aggressive and has a knack at getting to the ball.

Mississippi School for the Deaf - Junior running back Roderick Brown (6-1, 195) may be one of the top juniors in the state. According to one of his coaches, he is a player that you see come along very rarely. If you want to see Brown play, they play this Saturday at 2 p.m. on their homefield in Jackson.
Northeast Lauderdale HS - 14-year old Romero Osby is a 6-6.5 freshman basketball player who, as an 8th grader, started 13 of the last 18 games for the Northeast Lauderdale High School team last season. During his time with the varsity, he averaged 13.9 points, 10.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.5 blocks for head coach Lewis Lightsey. Chosen as the 7th and 8th grade Most Valuable Player at Northeast Lauderdale Middle School, Romero was also selected Most Improved at the 2002 Mississippi State University Basketball Camp. Romero was also a member of Southeast Pump n Run, the 2003 Alabama State 14@U State AAU Champions as well as a member of the Jackson Tigers the 2004 Mississippi 15@U State Champions. He was also given the exceptional honor of being the only freshman to attend the Mississippi State University All-Star Camp. Besides being a great athlete, Romero has achieved academic excellence as well, maintaining a 3.71 grade point average in the classroom. He is also very active outside of sports and academics as evidenced by his selections as the 8th grade Student Council President, Most Likely to Succeed and Most School Spirit.
