11/03/01 - Christopher Rayborn, one of the top senior pitchers in the state of Mississippi this year, has verbally committed to playing baseball for Meridian Community College. Christopher, rated the 285th best player in the nation and the 4th best in the state of Mississippi by Prospects Plus, is a 6-foot-3, 175 to 180 pound right-hand pitcher. Prospects Plus is a high school and college scouting publication run by Baseball America and Perfect Game USA.
