Women's Basketball
STARKVILLE, Miss. Mississippi State women's basketball Dec. 16 game versus Tennessee-Martin will be moved to the BancorpSouth Center in Tupelo, Miss. The Lady Bulldogs will host the Skyhawks at 4:45 p.m. in a double-header with the Mississippi State men starting at 7:30 p.m versus New Orleans.

"We are very excited to play in the BancorpSouth Center in Tupelo," said head coach Sharon Fanning. "We have great fan support in the Tupelo area and it will also be a good opportunity for Tan White to play at home."

This will mark the first Tupelo appearance for the women but not for the men. In Rick Stansbury's second game as head coach at Mississippi State, the Bulldogs previously claimed a 75-46 victory over Northwestern State during their most recent appearance in Tupelo back on Nov. 21, 1998.

Tickets will be available Monday, Oct. 27 at the BancorpSouth Center box office in Tupelo and all Ticket King locations. A single ticket will be good for admission to both games.
